How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Expert Shipping account:

Log in to your account at https://app.expertshipping.ca

Go to your Account Settings.

Click on «Request Account Deletion».

Follow the confirmation steps. You may be asked to verify your identity for security reasons.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly at support@expertshipping.ca with the subject line:
«Account Deletion Request»
Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
What Happens to Your Data
When your account is deleted:

ā Your personal data (name, email, phone number, address) will be permanently deleted.

ā Your shipment history and saved addresses will be deleted.

ā Any payment details The information stored in your profile will be removed.

ā We do not retain your data unless it is required for legal or financial compliance.

š¦ Transaction records (e.g., invoice numbers) may be retained for a limited period (up to 6 years) to comply with Canadian business regulations.
Retention Period
Some data related to financial transactions or shipment tracking may be retained temporarily for regulatory, legal, or operational purposes, even after the account is deleted. These records are stored securely and are not used for marketing or analytics.
